Ben joined our team after relocating from Washington, D.C., where he worked on Capitol Hill. He primarily works employment law cases and assists the attorneys with document productions, disclosures, discovery, pleadings, research, and trial preparation. Ben is also the office manager.

Ben grew up in Seattle. He received his B.A. of Economics from Wesleyan University and has held positions in and out of the legal field, including working in Hong Kong to crack down on intellectually property infringements of American products. During his free time he is continuing his education to achieve an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Maureen joined The Richards Law Firm PC in November of 2010 as a legal assistant. She enjoys working with the firm's clients and assisting Ms. Richards. She has worked in the legal field for over 17 years, previously working for a law firm in New Jersey.

Maureen grew up in New Jersey and relocated with her husband to Wake County in 2009. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
